GAMEREADY: Upskilling Youth for Job Readiness Through Gamification .

An Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnership that helps young people develop employability skills through gamified learning, digital tools and non-formal education. The project particularly supports NEETs, young people with migrant backgrounds and those facing socio-economic barriers.

Description

GAMEREADY is an Erasmus+ KA210 Youth project coordinated by Malmös Akademiska Förening (Sweden) together with partners from Germany and Poland.

The project addresses one of Europe's major challenges: helping young people successfully transition from education to employment. Through innovative gamification methods, interactive workshops and digital learning resources, participants strengthen both their professional skills and self-confidence.

Participants will improve practical competencies such as:

  • CV and Resume writing
  • LinkedIn profile optimization
  • Interview preparation
  • Professional communication
  • Elevator Pitch
  • Career planning
  • Digital professional identity
  • Teamwork and problem solving
